Creamed honey is great for spreading on toast, biscuits, bagels, English muffins and more. It has a spreadable consistency and thickness that makes less of a mess because it tends not to drip off like liquid honey. Creamed honey is sometimes referred to as whipped honey.
Creamed honey is pure honey that is allowed to crystallize in a controlled way that makes it have a smooth and spreadable texture.
Honey naturally will crystallize on its own but the crystals that form naturally tend to be coarse and rough on the tongue. Our process allows for the formation of very small oval shaped crystals that create a very smooth and velvety texture.
We put our creamed honey into Mini Hermes jars with a clamping sealing lid. A clamp top lid ensures the jar is sealed and airtight, keeping contents fresh and tasty. Its metal latch also allows users to easily open and close the jar.
After you have finished with the honey these jars are then perfect for holding candies, coffee and espresso beans, and cinnamon sticks for a stylish look in your home. Since these jars have an airtight seal, you can also use them to store spices, like salt, pepper, and garlic.
